LECTURERS claimed they had been reduced to tears in an increasingly bitter row with Blackburn College principal John Bolton.
More than 100 lecturers backed a "no confidence" vote in Mr Bolton and demanded an end to what they claimed were "intimidatory" tactics to sign new contracts which were being brought in nationally.
