THE International Rugby Board are expected to decide in the next week or so whether a player who has turned out for the Australian Barbarians - their equivalent of a national Second XV - is eligible to play for Wales in the World Cup squad.
Aussie RU chief John O'Neill believes Wales have acted irrationally by naming the player before the decision has been taken.
But it seems quite clear-cut to me.
