Revelations on the council deal concerning Lancaster Market are incredulous. It seems it won't pay its way, even if all the market stalls have tenants.
Who advises the council on all these ridiculous deals which invariably end up costing the taxpayer?
I was going to suggest Frank Spencer Associates, but that would be an insult to Mr Spencer.
