FITNESS fanatic Carl Rung took another step up the ladder of body-building success.
The 31-year-old six-footer was awarded the coveted Mr Britain title, when he beat competitors from all over the country.
Carl, of Ivy Street, Burnley, a maintenance fitter at Castle Cement in Clitheroe, trained at the Central Gym to keep his 16-stone physique in tip-top condition.
