BUSINESS student Paul Lawrenson has led a team to win a top management prize after taking part in a business simulation game.

The former Carmel College pupil is in the third year of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Lancaster University's Management School and has been on a placement with Vauxhall. Recently, he led a team from the Stratton School in Bedfordshire which won first prize in the Cranfield School of Management's Business Challenge.

Earlier this year Paul also helped to raise £4,000 for Children's Aid Direct when he joined a team from Vauxhall sponsored to scale the three highest mountains in Britain in just over 24 hours.
