RESPONSIBLE dog owners have always cleaned up after their pets and the bins provided are a much-needed amenity for them: it saves them taking the dirt home.
But what does disgust us, is the fact that mindless youths empty the bins all over the park. So are they also going to face the prospect of a £1,000 fine, Councillor Connolly?
