WALKING through Mill Gate shopping centre in Bury around 12.30pm. I was disgusted to see just how many people were sitting eating out of paper bags and cartons. Why can't they have their dinner at home, or at their place of work, or at school?
All they need to do is put some trestle tables in front of the seats and call it "Mill Gate Cafeteria". I think that both eating and smoke should be banned there.
