MY grandchildren and I love Happy Mount Park. It is our favourite place. There is lots of running space and the flower beds are truly beautiful. The handful of hard-working, dedicated people who provide the amusements are always obliging and cheerful. We would like a paddling pool and the playground inside the train track needs up-grading.
The crazy golf also needs attention but please don't build a bandstand because the trampolines are a big attraction and attract a lot of trade.
We play hide and seek in the neglected Chinese garden which is sadly overgrown and dirty. Congratulations to the gardeners. The greens and beds are always immaculate.
The park is a very beautiful area and gives us endless hours of pleasure.
