COLLEGE lecturers in East Lancashire took industrial action in their long running and increasingly bitter dispute over new contracts.
Lecturers at Accrington and Rossendale College began a two-day strike and fellow NATFHE members at Burnley College were due to start similar action in a dispute which was now in its 18th month.
