AFTER experiencing a family problem and not knowing which way to turn, we got in contact with two local councillors, Peter Greenwood and Tony Humphrys.
They took up the matter and what should have taken up to six weeks was sorted out by these two councillors within a fortnight.
We thank them very much for all their help, especially Coun Greenwood.
The people who say they only see their councillor when it's voting time, should think twice, because this is not the case.
