PRESTON return to Deepdale this weekend, looking to build on recent successes.

Although manager David Moyes expressed disappointment after Saturday's draw - he firmly believes North End did enough to bury Scunthorpe - there is no denying North End are putting together a neat run of results.

They are unbeaten in their last seven league encounters, and Tuesday's win over Millwall will, hopefully, have them fired up for the arrival of Brentford on the weekend.

The two side have met once already this season in the league - who can forget that amazing goal from the half-way line which helped secure a point for Brentford - and North End will be hoping to take all three points this time. They are unbeaten away from home this season, but there is room for improvement at Deepdale, which is where they have lost most of the points so far.

Moyes said: "We have the same attitude away as we do at home.

"The only difference is that teams tend to sit in and make it difficult for us. Away from home, they come at you and that suits us more.

"But I would say our home form is very good at the moment."

Tepi Moilanen is expected to keep his place between the sticks, while Ryan Kidd could be back in contention after fighting off the bug which has ruled him out of the last two games.
