BELIEVERS from across the borough came together to share their views and build trust and respect with those of different opinions.
Around 70 people attended the meeting of the Bury Inter-Faith Council, which was held at Bury Town Hall on Tuesday night.
The theme of the evening was "From Holocaust to Kosovo via Stephen Lawrence - What Next?". Speeches were given by representatives of four faiths - Christian, Jewish, Muslim and Hindu.
The group hopes to hold another meeting in the spring.
