IF BRIAN Kidd and Brian McClair were sacked, then surely, Tony Parkes should also have gone as he is a part of the coaching staff - which has failed miserably.
Whoever becomes the new manager of Blackburn Rovers, must have a free hand, and not to be told he has to keep Tony Parkes on the coaching staff.
He has been a very good and loyal servant to the Rovers, but also has had a good living from them.
So, Mr Walker since Kenny Dalglish left, resigned or whatever (we still don't know the real reason) we have had three managers along with Tony Parkes who have taken us from champions to chumps in four seasons.
J A GROGAN (Mr), Meadowfields, Blackburn.
