PLANS for a new industrial park have been unveiled.
The development, at the Common Bank employment area in Chorley, will see 10 units built providing 29,600 sq ft of space in total.
"The decision to build this scheme speculatively reflects our confidence in the region's industrial markets ," said Mike Grindrod of developers Northern Trust. Construction is due to start later this year with units available for occupation in the spring.
