A law firm is the latest East Lancashire employer to be awarded a staff training and development standard.
Taylors Solicitors, which employs 30 people at its Blackburn offices, has been presented with the Investors in People accolade.
The firm said the IIP programme had led to better internal communications and staff motiviation. Other local employers to be awarded the standard recently include Lomeshaye Village Day Nursery, Nelson; AEC Electrical, Oswaldtwistle; Eurosites, Accrington; St Saviours' County Primary School, Bacup and the Hospital Sterilisation and Disinfection Unit at Burnley.
