FORMER East Lancashire professional Billy Stelling has signed for Leicestershire on a two-year contract.
South African-born Stelling, who holds a Dutch passport, has represented Western Province and Boland, and played for Holland in the NatWest Trophy in 1995.
The 30-year-old all-rounder spent last summer with Leicestershire seconds and finished the season as Rawtenstall's substitute professional.
