Higginshaw nil Bold Miners 68 BOLD Miners strolled to success, despite playing with only 12 men for the second week running.

They went straight onto the attack and scored a try through C. Burgess and D. Anders converted.

Further tries came through C. Anders, Mark Penders (2), Ste Perry and Dave Scott, all converted by D. Anders saw Bold lead 32-nil at the break.

Bold continued the good work in the second half as Burgess completed his hat-trick and other tries came from D. Anders (3) and C. Burrows.

The Grundy Excavations man of the match was Darren Anders.
