POLICE are hunting an armed man who demanded money from a newsagent in Blackburn last night then fled with another weapon.
The man went into Revidge Newsagents, Revidge Road, at 9.30pm. Inspector Stephen Haworth, of Blackburn Police, said the man had some sort of pistol, which he pointed at the shopkeeper before demanding cash.
The newsagent picked up a knife, but the robber snatched the knife and ran off.
