MARTHOLME Grange nightclub, near Clayton-le-Moors, was bought by a Rawtenstall-based company, ending months of uncertainty over its future.
PW Leisure, owners of Madison Park wine bar in Rawtenstall, took control. Martholme Grange went into the hands of the receivers earlier the same year.
