NORTHCOTE Manor will be the setting for a dinner cooked by former members of staff, including William Reid who has just won a Michelin Star at the Vineyard restaurant in Berkshire.
Tonight there will be a champagne reception at the Langho restaurant, followed by a five-course meal prepared by Brendon Fyldes, of Mortons in London; Simon Bower, head chef at Campions Dining Rooms in Samlesbury; Neil Waterfield, head chef at the General Tarleton in Yorkshire; William Reid, and Mandy Whittaker from L'Escargot in London.
Last night, the visiting chefs were treated to dinner, with Northcote Manor's managing directors Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft as hosts.
