BURY-based Regency Factors, the leading independent North West finance house, has appointed John Farrell as general manager.
John was formerly business manager with The Royal Bank of Scotland in Manchester.
The 34-year-old is married and lives in Kearsley, near Bolton.
Regency Factors, located in Regency Chambers, was established in 1991 and offers tailored solutions in full service factoring and purchase finance for new start, small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK.
The company, which employs 25 staff, is one of the fastest growing businesses in the North West.
Managing director, Maurice Craft, said: "John's knowledge of the marketplace is an invaluable asset to Regency.
"This key appointment is in line with our ambition for continued growth and development."
Regency Factors plan to increase both staff and turnover during the next year.
