YOUNG entrepreneurs at Bury Grammar School (Boys) have won the Bury and District finals of the national Young Enterprise competition.
The eight teenagers will now go through to the next round to compete in the regional finals with their company, NETTEK.
They outshone 11 other young enterprise companies by setting up a firm which designs websites for companies. Their clients included the Marriage Guidance Counselling Service and the large pharmaceutical firm, Boehringer Ingleheim.'
The idea for the young enterprise company came from "managing director" of NETTEK, Adam Purslow who himself is whizz on computers.
