HAVING started on January 9, I hope to swim approximately 600 lengths at the Mercer Hall Pool in Great Harwood by March 31, to raise money for the Hyndburn Epilepsy Support Group.
Epilepsy is always 'hushed up,' but I think people should be made more aware of it. People talk openly of cancer, so why not do the same with epilepsy?
I shall start the ball rolling with my own £5, hoping it gathers more in sponsorship as my effort continues.
