A CHEQUE for £1,250 was presented to Rossendale Hospice at Ashday Lea Masonic lodge, Rawtenstall.
The money was raised by Rossendale Lions during their Christmas Santa's sleigh collection.
The Lions went all over Rossendale and collected a total of £3,850, to be split between the hospice, Macmillan Nurses and their own welfare charities.
The cheque was presented during a Lions' casino night.
