POLICE have issued the descriptions of three men they are hunting following a knifepoint robbery.
They attacked a man as he walked along Earl Street, near Whalley Range, around 5.45am on Sunday, January 23.
Two of them grabbed the victim by his arms while the third threatened him with a knife and stole £27 and a mobile phone.
The three were white and in their early 20s. The first had short blond hair, medium build and an earring in his left ear. He wore a three quarter black leather coat and spoke with a local accent.
The second was 6ft, wore a blue tracksuit, had dark brown hair and a thin build. The third was 5ft 6in and was wearing a red jacket.
