A MAN was seen acting suspiciously near a house in Fir Street, Nelson, which was broken into and property stolen.
The theft happened between noon and 7.25pm on Sunday ands the thief broke a rear window and stole 30 compact discs, valued at £300.
At 7.20pm, a white man, aged about 19, 5ft 9-10ins tall, with fair hair and wearing a grey fleece top, was seen in the area acting suspiciously.
