ORGANISERS of a catwalk show and dinner dance have handed over £5,500 for the East Lancashire Hospice.
Jenny and David Grogan, owners of Solitaire Fashions, Darwen, organised the show in October with Blackburn menswear store Roy Marlor at the Bear Hotel, Darwen, to help the £1.3million appeal to build an extension at the Park Lee site, Blackburn.
Sports memorabilia including a Manchester United football signed by the treble-winning team was also auctioned off.
