POLICE believe a boy seen loitering near a house in Conway Drive, Oswaldtwistle, may have carried out a burglary there.
An ELU cordless drill, worth £360, was stolen along with its carrycase, on Sunday after a crowbar was used to force a window.
The boy, aged about 15, was seen near the house earlier that night with other youths. He had short, blond, straight hair and wore a black bomber jacket.
