MORE than 300 people attended a choral thanksgiving service to mark 125 years of Accrington and District Blind Society.
Held at Accrington's Christ Church, it included performances from Accrington Male Voice Choir and the Hyndburn Singers, while the Mayors of Accrington and Rossendale led prayers and the Bishop of Burnley, the Rt Rev Martyn Jarrett, was preacher.
The church has a long-standing association with the society as two founder members worship there.
