TWO American visitors from the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints gave a presentation about their religion to the Mayor and Mayoress of Burnley, Councillor Eddie Fisk and Mrs Pat Chadwick.
Elder Garth Pincock and his wife Sister Ressa Pincock visited the town hall during their travels around the country, talking to as many mayors and mayoresses as they can as part of their public relations programme.
Burnley's civic couple spent time chatting to the visitors, from Salt Lake City, Utah, and were presented with a book about the church and a cassette of the church's choir music.
