A YOUNG boy and girl were seen acting suspiciously in a shoe shop when a purse was stolen in Accrington.
A woman was trying on shoes at Barbara Kay shoe shop, Whalley Road, at 4pm on Saturday.
She had left the purse by her side and somebody took it. It contained cash and cards worth £97.
