A HOMELESS drug "dabbler" went stealing because he was short of cash.
Burnley magistrates heard how Kieron Myers, 27, helped himself to three shirts because he wanted to buy drugs.
Myers, whose address was given as c/o Healeywood Road, was fined £50, after admitting theft. He must also pay £30 for being in breach of two conditional discharges.
