STEPHEN Holt, 22, of Yew Tree Drive, was remanded in custody to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with wounding his father, Alan Holt, a former police sergeant, with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Mr Holt suffered knife wounds to his shoulder, wrist, back and stomach during an incident at his home in Yew Tree Drive.
