MY brother, Stuart, and I are looking for relatives in the Darwen area.
Our parents were Robert and Florence Moss (ne Guy). Our last address in Darwen was 4 Ash Grove and living next door at number 2 Ash Grove were our Uncle George and Aunt Gertrude Yates.
They had three children called William, Brenda and Roy.
We think William and Brenda emigrated to Australia and Roy stayed in Darwen and worked for ICI.
Other names that we can recall are Uncle Bill Guy, who had three daughters Jacqueline, Valerie and Patricia. We also had an Uncle Dick, who lived probably at Waterside. He had four sons and the only name we can remember is Richard Guy, the oldest of the four brothers.
