Apprentice Steven Almond has made the grade under a new training programme.
Steven, who works for Hillendale Land Rover in Nelson, has completed three years of study under a programme that leads to an NVQ level 3 in vehicle mechanical and maintenance systems.
The training programme is run by BMW Group. Steven was among only the second group of apprentices in the country to take the course.
He received his award from Andy Griffiths, market support director of BMW Group.
