TWO teenagers were spotted stealing a handbag containing cash and a mobile phone from the Benetton shop in Town Hall Street, Blackburn.
The theft took place between 5pm and 5.30pm on Wednesday, February 2. The youths were both 15 and white. The first was 5ft, had short mousy hair, dressed in light grey clothing and a very pale complexion.
His accomplice was a girl, who had long, dark hair tied up in a pony tail, round face, dark appearance with rosy cheeks and wearing an anorak.
