CRIME fighters representing more than 153,000 homes met to discuss an anti-crooks battle plan.
Two hundred Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators attended a conference at Blackburn's Moat House.
The Crime Check meeting was one of about 60 organised throughout the country by insurance company General Accident.
