SMOKERS have the chance to kick the habit for good tomorrow, as well as raising cash for the British Heart Appeal, during National No Smoking Day.

Hypnotherapist Lee Carlin is hoping to double the £300 total he raised last year for the Kosovo appeal, by helping people quit smoking through hypnosis.

He explained: "I have helped hundreds of people to easily quit smoking through hypnosis, which according to New Scientist and Which? consumer magazine, is the most successful way to stop smoking for good."

Lee is a full-time hypnotherapist and uses hypnosis to treat stress, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, slimming, motivation and positive thinking.

Former salesman Lee has managed the Hypnotherapy centre in Burnley and now Padiham.

He holds a diploma in hypnotherapy after completing in-house training in Bournemouth and a distance learning course from home. He is also a fully qualified stress management and motivation consultant.

Lee is holding three hypnosis sessions at the Nazareth Unitarian Church in Padiham from noon to 1pm, 3pm to 4pm, and 6pm to 7pm.

No advance booking is needed, and anyone who is interested is welcome. There is a £20 charge which will go to the British Heart Appeal. For more details contact 01282 722550.
