ARE you up for it? World Book Day will be celebrated on Friday, and last week's NIE column issued an invitation to report on your own special school events for the day.
Like any real journalist, you must meet your deadline and ensure that your fully corrected report reaches us no later than 9am on Saturday.
If your school is planning to submit a report, a short phone call to our NIE telephone number as soon as possible during this week will help to ensure that space is reserved for you. The answering machine on the NIE extension will take calls at any time.
You can send your report by fax, email, first class post or bring it in to our head office in Blackburn, for publication in our NIE column. Don't forget to include the name and address of the school and names and ages of reporters.
