A PLAN to convert a former church hall at the entrance to Alkincoats Park, Colne, into a bungalow is set to get the go-ahead.
Pendle Council's Colne area committee is recommended to grant planning permission for the change of use at St George's Hall, Alkincoats Road, tomorrow night.
The matter was deferred from the last committee meeting to allow officers time to investigate how trees in the area would be affected.
The committee is also recommended to grant permission for two pairs of semi-detached houses on former allotments next to the hall.
