THE boss of a Blackburn removal firm and three of his workers have made a further appearance before Blackburn magistrates charged with benefit fraud.
Sylvester Joseph Creane, 27, of Guernsey Avenue, boss of Intack Removals, is charged with three offences of aiding and abetting the obtaining of property by deception. Kevin Barry Lancaster, 28, of Delph Close, Andrew John Singleton, 27, of Lower Hollin Bank Street, and Darren George Croft, 24, of Devon Road, are all charged with obtaining benefits by deception by failing to reveal that they were working at the same time as receiving benefits.
They were remanded on bail until March 20.
