RAIN or shine, she's out in all weathers - but somebody thought she must be starting to feel the chill.
After three years of shrugging off the Blackburn downpours, a kindly passer-by has finally given grandmother a coat in time for Mother's Day.
The much-loved grandmother statue on the Boulevard, Blackburn, eternally kept waiting for her grandson's dropped teddy bear, appeared in the latest spring fashions on Friday.
But she was back to her everyday clothes by the weekend -- timeless classic bronze skirt, bronze jacket, bronze shoes and stockings and metallic-effect hairclip.
