GLEN Little will be keen to sign off in style against Notts County tomorrow before starting his three-match ban.

But the mercurial Burnley wingman will have to outshine County's Andy Hughes, who has also been catching the eye on the right-hand side of midfield this season.

The 22-year-old missed the Magpies' New Year win over Burnley because of injury but has been rated as one of County's best performers this term.

And tomorrow, the former Oldham man will be looking to tee up the chances for the visitors' strikeforce of Mark Stallard and Duane Darby, who scored his first goal for six months and first ever one at Meadow Lane last Saturday after an injury-plagued start to his County career. However, Hughes also has an eye for goal himself and comfortably outstrips Little in that department with seven league goals to Little's two.

The Burnley man has been a more prolific provider, though, which remains his primary role in the Clarets side.

Little has more than twice the number of goal assists than Hughes according to statistics from Opta, albeit from more games.

And Little has also racked up an awesome number of passes with a greater completion rate. The Burnley wide man has seen much more of the ball with his crosses and dribbles comfortably ahead of Hughes, although perhaps surprisingly Little's cross completion rate is on the low side.

He has wasted a couple of crossing opportunities in recent games, although when he finds his range invariably Burnley, and Andy Payton in particular, cash in.

And more of the same tomorrow could see Little go out with a bang before his enforced spell on the sidelines.
