THE family of a young man who has been missing for two months are appealing for information about his whereabouts.

Robert Mark Massey who is 20 riginally from Gladstone Street, St Helens, moved to Liverpool about five months ago, and was last seen on Monday, February 7.

Earlier that day he had left his flat in Bulwer Street, Anfield, to visit his mother in St Helens. He was last seen later that morning by his flatmate in the Bulwer Street flat they shared.

A family member, who doesn't wish to be named, told the Star that Robert comes from a very close-knit family and has always kept in touch. He has never gone missing before and his family are growing increasingly anxious and are desperate to hear from him, or anyone who may know of his whereabouts. DS Dave Keegan of Walton Lane police station in Walton, said: "From what we have been told Robert is a very sociable person, who was well known in both the Liverpool and St Helens club circuits. We are concerned about Robert's disappearance, he left home without his wallet or belongings, although we haven't been able to find his passport. "I would appeal to anyone who may have seen Robert recently to contact ourselves or the Missing Persons Hotline. Alternatively, if someone is in contact with Robert tell him to contact his family and put his mum's mind at ease."

Former St Augustine's High School pupil, Robert, is described as 6ft tall with a broad build, clean shaven, fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. He also has a slight scar under his left eye.

Anyone able to help find Robert can contact Missing Persons on 0500 700 700.
