WARTIME pupils of St George's Junior School, Tyldesley, never get the chance to forget each other -- or one of their teachers.
They regularly get together to discuss old times at regular reunions -- then visit former mistress, Miss Hilton, now a resident of Woodlands, Atherton.
The next meeting of the pupils, who are now mostly in their seventies, who attended between 1935 to 46 is on April 27 at the Blue Bell, Atherton, at 8pm.
One organiser said: "We hold the event nearest to St George's Day. It's so nice to meet up again."
