AMBITIOUS plans to create a theme park near Huncoat were pressing ahead -- despite public fears that it was a "pie-in-the-sky" project.
Surveyors were to fly over the Zeri site as part of a £20,000 fact-gathering package agreed by Eddie Quiligotti, the man behind the project to develop the former power station.
