ONE thousand workers were clinging to hopes that their jobs could be saved after one of East Lancashire's biggest-ever company crashes.
Home furnishings group Coloroll, which had been a £766 million company, called in the receiver.
Employees in Nelson, Burnley and Blackburn were worried by the development.
