IN answer to Mr Walt Meadows' hysterical attacks on Mr Blair, I think he should be aware of the phrase: "Once you resort to personal abuse, you have lost the argument."

But then, Mr Meadows lost his argument 20 or 30 letters ago. So I ask, who, in this figment of his imagination, is he comparing Mr Blair to?

It can't be William Hague, he hasn't had an original thought since he was elected leader of his party.

The idea of increasing our pensions by 25 per cent of what Mrs Thatcher took off us is a great vote winner, until he gets his brain in gear and realises all pensioners are not stupid.
