WE would like to express our most sincere thanks to everyone who so kindly sponsored our friend Adrian Fearnley in the London Marathon.
The total raised was £2,000 for the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust, a registered charity which relies on donations from members of the public.
The trust maintains a data base of potential bone marrow donors.
For many people who suffer with leukaemia and other blood related diseases a bone marrow transplant is the only cure.
The trust is always looking for potential donors, so if you feel you could help and are aged between 18-40 years and in good health and weigh eight stone or more, than please contact Linda Crawford, 01253 860333 or Mick Baines, 01254 831352.
