BLACKBURN Rovers manager Graeme Souness was involved in a pill scare on the club's pre-season tour to Germany.
The former Scottish international who underwent heart bypass surgery in the early 90s, lost his bag containing his tablets when he flew out to link up with the Rovers squad on Monday but the Rovers club doctor came to his rescue with a back-up supply until Souness's bag was returned to him some 24 hours later.
"It wasn't too much of a problem for me to be honest," said Souness.
"The club doctor always carries spare medication around with him just in case anything happens."
